Shipping policy

Products are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Shipping and are processed and shipped out within 5 business days. Shipping is restricted only to Canada and the United States.

US Customers

Herbity will not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses due to shipping, or items refused by customs. Title and risk of loss is passed to the customer once the order is transferred to the third-party shipping service provider.

Times for packages to clear customs vary. It’s standard for all international packages to be screened before being cleared for delivery. Delays can occur due to the package itself or the volume of packages in customs at the time. Neither the sender or receiver can intervene or ask about the status of the package. The package must clear customs before its status can be updated.
