Returns

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at contact@herbity.ca for return instructions before mailing your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns cannot be accepted after the 30-day return window.
