Frequently Asked Questions

Products are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Shipping and are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we typically do not provide refunds. However, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order is defective or damaged, we'll do our best to make it right. There are absolutely no refunds possible after 30 days of receiving your order.

For safety reasons and because shipping glass is risky, products may not be returned. If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to make it right.
